The Program
Discover is a 3-6 month, cross-cultural internship where discipleship meets mission.
Designed for young adults ready to grow in their faith, and step beyond the familiar. Discover combines intentional teaching, cultural exploration, and hands on ministry across the UK and Europe. Each month is shaped around a our transformative rhythms:
- IMMERSE into new cultures and deepen your relationship with God.
- EMBRACE growth through discipleship, community, and spiritual formation.
- IMPACT nations with the Gospel through evangelism, service and mission.

Before Discover, I was a great Christian who loved God, but I was absolutely sure missions wasn’t for me. But God led me to say yes to Discover and it has been truly life changing. I not only learned more about my calling and how I can serve the Kingdom of God, but I learned how to live that out daily. I made amazing friendships all around Europe and saw what He is doing through many different people and styles of ministry, and I can’t wait to continue to be a part of it as a Discover Guide next year.

Before Discover, I was unsure of how God wanted to use me. I was looking for direction, and this opportunity came at the perfect time. From classes about worldview to trips around Europe, my experiences have allowed me to share Christ with people all over the world. One of my favorite aspects of the program was the emphasis on community and connection. I really felt the Holy Spirit working when everyone was gathered. I feel much more confident about God’s purpose for me and have a clearer picture of where He wants me to be.
